going rate for dvx100b + sgpro? trying to sell

Seems pretty optimistic to me. The camera seems to sell for about $700 - $800 private party and the DOF adapters have absolutely tanked in value since the mass exodus to DSLR's for video. I remember paying $1000 for a Letus Extreme with the rail setup about 18 months ago. Now you can get that same setup for $400 and for even less without the rails. It's great if you're still using this equipment, bad if you're trying to sell it.

See what you get... Some seem to go higher than others. Packaging it with the SG Pro might not be good though. It might be better to sell that separately. And put up more pictures. You only have the one picture of it in the case and it's hanging half way out. That's not going to sell a camera. 
Check out other camera sellers like Monkee Deals, Zoompoint and Adorama. There's a reason they get more money for their cameras and it's because of the way they present their listings, take a lot of photos, etc.
If I were a better man, I'd guess that you get about $700 for the camera and $200 for the DOF adapter, so $900 maybe $1000.
