Going Progressive

Hello all. I have fcp 2 and a Canon XL H1. I shoot in 25f (pal version) Can somebody tell me the correct set up for importing then exporting out via compressor to keep that progressive look.

Having looked at 50i and 25f on a dvd from my camera they look exactly the same, should the 25f look a little more filmic?

PAL looks kinda progressive as it is so you won't see a huge change. But yes 25p and fields to none and export to Compressor 25 progressive is the way to get that 'progressive look.'
