i did not think that was at all fair.

if you are going to arbitrate a dispute i would think you should hear both sides of the argument.

It seemed like Joe just didn't like these women. Who remembers what f stop they were at for a wedding months ago on any particular shot?

Yeah, but the lady didn't even know what f-stop her lens was capable of. That right there is a dead give away that they're not pro's, or anywhere close. Just another, "I bought a camera and now I'm a photographer"...

The defendant wouldn't have lasted half as long in any other court show (peoples court, judge judy) talking over the judge like that and addressing the prosecutor directly. Entertaining, but Judge Joe Brown rarely ever deals out "fair justice"
