Gmail Invitations

Well, like I said, it was a result of a search for butt cream... like you ain't never searched for no butt cream? ;)

I have a primary work email (ON my own server)

I have a hotmail and a yahoo account

No problems, no issues, no lag, no nada ...

I think you guys have fallen prey to the marketing campaign and hype (oooh oooh we can only give you 100 today. Give them to your friends because we only have a few)

I got Gmail because my Hotmail Spam filter was useless and i was tired of getting 3-500 junk emails everyday.

With Gmail i get 0.

I didn't even know there was any hype about this thing till i started checking out this board and others.

And i just think John's one of those guys who's too cool to follow the trend... MAN.

My primary email account is the one on my own server. I have all my mail forwarded to my gmail account to back everything up.

can G-mail do the forwarding? Because, I use hotmail, have since they where "Hotmail", not "Microsoft Hotmail".
But I'm also a packrat - I have every e-mail stashed away I've recived since 1998.

It's usefull as hell as I can use Outlook Express to use it offline too. It also talks to my cellphone so that I can get an text alert every time I get a DVXuser PM (seriously). And it's handy on my PDA too.

That beeing said, I'll take one of your invites TC, beacuse I want to be cool like you.

Boy, everybody seemed to perk up once I mentioned that you can use Gmail as a storage account. :grin:

It really is a good idea- with 1 gig of space, it's almost stupid not to do it.
