Globalmediapro dealings and MACH insurance

??? Has anyone had any dealings (good or bad) with globalmediapro.com as their prices are very keen compared to the best prices I can find for DVX100A (PAL) here in Australia? They also offer MACH international warranties, which by my understanding MACH is an American company and you have to email them for a job reference.
Sometime ago somebody on another thread had great difficulties raising the company (MACH).
If they - globalmediapro are cheap but not straight up I don’t want to buy a lemon, all be it a cheap lemon. I am a bit dubious dealing with them as they say on their web site that they are not authorised dealers for Panasonic, Sony, and Canon? Sounds a bit iffy? Or is it just me not wanting to pass over my readies...

I dont know who's in charge of determining the MACK situation; but it needs to be fixed. Im in San Diego and I have to ship my camera to the east coast? Los Angeles is an hour plus up the 5.

Stupid.

I bought my dvx100ae from globalmediapro. I had no problems with them. I got a two year mack warranty included in the price but they don't have that offer anymore. The tapes are cheap there too.

got mine from GMP 1 year ago. they were cool... no warranty deal was available then though...
