Glitchy video on vimeo

Im a newbie and am not sure if I got the export settings of FCP correctly. After uploading my video to Vimeo it's coming out glitchy and motion looks strange as a whole. Everything looks fine when viewed on QT on my computer. What is the correct export settings for 24p videos?

In the compression setting screen, should frame rate be set to 29.97? Or should it be set to "current"? What about "Key Frames"?

Your video is set to private.

I just got my D90 so this is all new to me,but I'll assume if your going for the web it should be safe to leave it at 24fps quicktime mov.If I'm wrong,(I don't own final cut) one of the veterans will come up and correct me.
