Glitching

While editing HMC150 footage on the timeline, I've encountered some glitching on cut up footage. I only experience it on clips in the timeline, and when replaced with another identical clip, the problem goes away. It happens at random times. It's always an out of sync frame or more.

Here is a sample of a recent glitch, notice the black car in the beginning.

This has happened four times now in two projects. Any idea what's going on?

Setup: Intel Quad
Windows 7 and Vista
Premiere CS4
 
Whats weird is when I play the footage. It stutters only 2 out of 5 times. Try using a diff. format maybe.. Mp4 ?>
 
i recently encountered a problem too. In FCP, the frame is frozen for about 4 frames and then continues. Have you had a problem like that?
