Glitch while shooting ??

Has anyone been shooting and noticed a glitch while shooting? I was shooting yesterday at 720PN 24fps with a 250 shutter and all of a sudden during a slight pan I noticed a glitch in the viewfinder, I played back the clip and there it was? I turned the cam off re-inserted the P2 card and it happened a few more times during the shoot. I have had this cam for over 6 months and 3 P2 cards and have never had this problem before.

Do my cards need a firmware update? if so, does panasonic have any ideas how to do this with a mac system???
 
Yesh...it's the OIS. I consider it to be useless altogether. The DVX didn't have this problem. I used OIS on my DVX for everything from handheld to tripod to crane to steadicam...it never "glitched" like the HVX does.
 
I must have hit the OIS button by accident, becouse I have never used that in the past.
Guess I should have know by the little hand in the viewfinder.
