This Glidecam XR1000 is in excellent shape with only some light scratches on the base. Just look at the mast that doesn't have any scratches on it. Most Glidecams get pretty scraped up from extending and collapsing the mast. I'm selling because my 60D with a 16-35 is a bit too heavy for this rig, which is rated at 3 lbs. I got this because it's a bit lighter than the 2000 so less fatiguing to use without a vest or arm vest. And it is much easier. But the 1000 is better suited for a lighter setup like the t3i or a GH3 or maybe even a 60D with an 18-55mm kit lens.
The only difference between the XR and the much more expensive HD is the fine adjustment knobs that make it a little easier to adjust on the fly. But this isn't that tough to fine tune. You just loosen three knobs and leave one to do the fine adjustment. Comes with all weights and box. SOLD.
