I'm putting my Glidecam 4000 Pro package up for sale. The package includes:

- Glidecame 4000 Pro w/ all weights, screws, bolts, etc.
- Forearm brace
- Quick release adapter plate

The 4000 Pro is designed to support between 4 and 10 pounds. The weight of the Glidecam itself is about 3 pounds though it really depends on how many counterbalance weights you've got on the stabilizer.
 
How well does it work with the HVX200? I'm assuming that it felt heavy enough that you felt the arm support was necessary.

Any particular reason you are selling?
 
I found it worked fairly well with the HVX, though I never actually got to use it on any projects, just messing around. The arm brace does definately provide some relief and figured as long as you have it might as well take advantage of it. I actually just had to depart with my HVX due to money reasons so I no longer have a camera to use with the glidecam.
 
Glidecam 4k definetly works well with the HVX, it really isent that heavy either. The only problem is that your wrist gets tired after a few mins of holding it, so if you can brace up the wrist you can hold that thing steady for even the longest of takes =)
