Comes with the base unit and the weights
some screws that are not used for balancing have been loss but I've replaced them (same thread size). The 4 brass ones used to connect the plates is still there
Works exactly the same as when I first bought it
I could get replacement screws from glidecam but then you'd pay the price they charge.
