Can someone tell me there exact settings on the glidecam to make it balenced with the HVX200a. I have a 4000 pro and I finally got it basically alright but it spins uncrontrollably
glide cam users help me out!

what do you mean "spins uncontollably"? Pan or tilt spin?
Make sure your camera is set to go, p2 card, lens cap off, lcd open...etc.
Do the weight/ length test first. From a horizontal position, it should fall to vertical in 2-3 seconds. Either add weight or lengthen it to make it faster, the opposite for slower.
Then, set it on level ground, pick up by the handle, adjust the top plates until it stays level when you lift it up.

where should i put the plates? I have them on the far ends now.

Do what the first poster said,
I use a heavy light stand to do the rest. Instead of using the mount that comes with it I stick the handle in the light stand. That way I don't get fatigue and I can slowly fine tune. I use the smooth shooter with it. I am not strong enough to do it without it.

i have this same set up G4000/SS/HVX and it take a lot of practice. im no where close where i want to be on my movements but practice is key.. withought the SS your going to get tired quickly. HVX on the G4000+weights is no joke. And i consider myself a strong person being that i lift weights. practice is key...Hey Douglas you have any clips of your movements using our set up? would love to see how your coming along..
