This is a Gitzo 2540llvl 6X Carbon Fiber tripod with G-Lock and leveling column. It was originally made for photo gear but works perfectly for smaller DV & HDV cameras. It's only 3.7lbs. & 23.5in. collapsed, so it makes for a great travel kit. I bought it to take on an Africa trek and it worked perfectly for me and fit in a small duffel.
