Gini Rig - Anybody added counter-weights?

For the owners of the much talked about "Gini rig", I was just wondering if any of you have added counter-weights to your rig(s)?

If so, is it possible for you to post pictures of your modified Gini rig? And by adding weights, has stabilisation improved? Supposedly counter-weights are essential to stabilising a shoulder-rig.

For those that don't know what I'm talking about, here is the "Gini rig":

I purchased one of their rigs, and have been making modifications. I find it a great place to start. I removed the useless shoulder rest and replaced it with a piece of 90 degree, 1/2 inch PVC conduit. This hooks over the back of the shoulder. I can then mount a wireless receiver on the back of the hook, offering "live" (as opposed to dead) counterweight. It's a very stable and light rig. I've also figured out a neat way to attach my Zoom H4N (I use as a preamp). I'm still working on a tripod plate. Gini does sell one but I think I can do as well for less $. I'll post a photo when I'm done.
