Have this Gini Cage which I barely use. I have only used the baseplate with rods mainly for follow focus, etc. but the cage mainly sits in storage. I had a machinist tap and thread the cage arms and handle block specifically for mounting accessories such as a magic arm. They were strategically marked to take advantage of it's design and shape. The thread is 1/4-20 and that was $40 alone for his labor work.

I'm in Los Angeles, CA and willing to ship for $15 which will include paypal fees.
This setup was done just for pictures, ideally you should keep the cage on the left side so it doesn't block your CF slot. Also when attaching a monitor or shotgun with magic arm, it'll be closer to all the ports.
