Hey Alex,
Congrats on another project in the can. I suspect you don't want to make or acknowledge criticisms of the filmmakers on here; in any case here were my thoughts.

-Generally solid on the visuals; good color and great locations.
-The acting and directing feel somewhat overwrought to me. Reminiscent of television from thirty years ago.
-Ditto on the sound and edit..the score and the use of time dissolve in particular.
-Kid looks like Elliot from E.T.
-The story gripped me enough that I was definitely riveted by the flying spear.

I forget which of your shorts made me email you in the first place. That one I thought they knocked out of the park; this one I'd say is pretty good.
