Ghost lines! How do you eliminate them?

I keep getting ghost lines in night city filming and day light filming, what am I not doing correctly. This is on my HVX 200.

And can this be corrected in FCP6?

Could this be a chip problem in the camera?

can you post footage? it's hard to know exactly what you're talking about without seeing it.

If you can go full screen HD and you will see them. they real show in FCP on my HD monitors.

I didn't see ghost lines. It looked out of focus, but no lines could I notice.

Besides the out of focus. the footage was fine. Problem I am having is from camera to my Mac. Or it is in FCP. I am not sure yet.
In FCP big time ghost lines.
Any of you come across this in FCP.

I was told they where called Ghost lines , But to better discribe would be in HD where the image is sharp and there is movement I am geting traces and lines. They almost look pixtaled . Also some of the footage looks like it is in water. Hope this helps. Again my footage is fine from camera to a monitor.

Try looking at the same footage on a different system or monitor...could be your monitor.

Found a solution . de-interlace corrected this problem in FCP
