MIRRORLESS: "ghost" image on A7Siii

Hello.
Ive got this kind of « afterglow » or "duplicate" (?) on the arm in interior conditions with my a7s iii
Settings : 25p 4kDCI 12800ISO PP8 1/50
Any explanation guys ?
Before, Ive tried 1/100, low light shutter, 4K UHD ... but nothing change

It's probably a side-effect of noise suppression. It has also been noticed on the Z200 in certain low-light conditions.
