There aren't much information about HDR workflows but i managed to find a way that works for me and i would like to share it here. I also provided the footage so you can follow along.

 
It started well until he started to suggest an Arri Alexa LogC to Rec709 LUT on a PQ gamma curve, that proves to me he does not know what he is doing.
After that, I think there is more wrong than right.
