GH5 GH5s External mic dropout problem

I have on two occasions now had my external mic (RODE Videomic Pro) dropout and just not start again. On the first occasion I had to resort to a full factory reset in order to get audio from the external mic to work again.

I have tested the mic on other equipment and it has worked fine. As well as using a my Senheisser AVX on the GH5s which also did not work. Is there a setting I have bumped or managed to turn on accidentally? Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be? I am happy to answer any questions.

Really appreciate any suggestions, thoughts or answers.

Do you have the jack configured for mic or line in mode? Do you have mic plug-in power enabled?
