Yes, go to your creative cloud app, click on apps, scroll down to the "find additional apps" section, then on the right there is a previous version dropdown. Click that, and click filter by all apps. Select premiere pro, and go backward one version. I just did this tonight, and it at least has allowed me to edit 10 bit files on the full res without crashing premiere. This will have to do until Adobe gets its act together...
