GH4 GH5 Panasonic Warranty Extension from one to three years for purchase by March 31?

Panasonic is offering a triple warranty bonus for the GH5 maybe. It is effective 4/1/2016 to 3/31/2017.

You can get the bonus form link on the BH Photo listing for the GH5. The BH Photo link lists the GH5 body, but the offer on the Panasonic site does not have the GH5.

You have to purchase by 3/31 from an authorized Panasonic dealer and get delivery by April 15.

Only BH Photo is showing the link for the GH5 and the other authorized dealers aren't.

I preordered my GH5 from Amazon on Jan 5, 2017 and my credit card was charged on Mar. 30. Delivery is supposed to be April 5.

I will be sending in the form and seeing what happens.
 
I am a little concern how or even if, cutting off the UPC code from the box, might impact a future resell or trade-in?
 
Thanks for that info, my GH5 will be delivered on Thursday from Samy's Camera in LA so I will send that form in.
 
Because of that I ordered my second one on march 31. Originally waiting for use one to appear. Lol luckily been able to sell a bunch of nonlonger needed stuff like gimbals to offset the cost.
