GH4 GH5 - Major issues. UGGGG!

Brand new GH5 worked for about 30 minutes, then I got a few black flashes on the LCD... then this. Out of box today. Old Panny 12-35mm current firmware. I tried 4K, 8bit, 10bit, 60, 30, 24 and HD - happens on all settings. Turned camera on and off. No fix. Guess its going back tomorrow. Sigh.

Since the purple bars only show up when I iso up can anyone remind me how to change the iso increase in the smaller amounts than 200, 400, 800...
My GH4 does 200, 250, 320, 400, 500, 640... I remember I changed it, but don't remember how.

Something about going to stills mode, then diving into the menus and finding the iso steps and changing to 1/3 stop.

I had an issue yesterday where after taken some pictures the camera froze for a a minute before I can do anything. I think the processor was doing something and froze. (Felt like a computer lol)
