Just a handful of small things that I'd like to get directly to a rep / engineers:
FN for VFR: I can program a FN button to VFR mode - great! But that only works for changing the VFR speed, not turning it on/off. I notice this is because it takes you directly to the "SET" menu. So, a logical and smooth/easy fix would be adding an ON/OFF toggle to the internal "SET" menu above the number slider. Another great (additional) option could be adding a second FN button assignment for "VFR On/Off" while still retaining the "VFR Set" menu access. Either way it would be great to get the on/off toggle into the VFR setting menu, though, so as to allow only one FN button to be used if desired. (Turning VFR on/off quickly is essential when dealing with shots where you need audio to record and then shots where you can get something more visual stunning. Simply setting VFR to 24fps does not enable audio).
VFR in FHD 10-bit 4:2:2: One thing I am nervous about for the April FW update is FHD 10-bit 422 not offering any VFR modes. This might make sense, because I am not sure the codec can handle 1080p @ 180fps @ 10-bit 422. However, I would be very surprised if it couldn't handle it at 60p. A pre-emptive feature request would be to ensure that as much VFR is possible in FHD 10bit 422 as possible, even if it's a limited window ie VFR up to 60p. This would be essential for shooting more subtle slow motion while retaining 10-bit 422 color space.
And others small things!
Thanks!
