GH5 GH5: gain Limit settings: I look for info

Hi, I have the GH5 camera to make videos in UHD. I have it only for a few days and I'd like some advices from you. Going into the settings of the GH5 I saw these entries:
Minimum Gain limit settings
Maximum Gain limit settings
if you want to use the camera automatically, what numbers would you put there? I inform you that I have them in ISO.

That's a matter of personal taste.

PS. You'll find that most people here work in ISO increments, not decibels gain.
 
In ISO is OK! Sure, this is matter of personal taste but I'd like to kmow how people has setted thier GH5 about Minimum and Maximum Gain limit.
 
For me, ISO 400 - 3200. I don't like to let it get above 1600 if I can help it as color quality begins a steep decline at 1600.
