Hi all,
Wondering if anyone's ever run into this issue or knows what's going on. It's pretty specific.
Setup: I'm running a fully updated GH5 on a Ronin-S with a Ninja V on HDMI. The Ronin-S can control the GH5's focus and record button through a USB-C control cable and selected as "PC Tether" on the GH5.
Problem: The GH5 will freeze after stopping recording internally. The timecode will stop rolling but the little recording indicator on the right keeps blinking incessantly. The camera becomes unresponsive and can only be turned off by ejecting the battery while it's still powered on. From what I can remember, I've always lost that last clip.
When It Happens: It will happen when I record internally, output HDMI to the Ninja V, and use the Ronin's USB-C camera control. In this situation I'm using the Ninja V as a display monitor, not an external recorder. I also realized today that it happens at other frame rates as well, not just 60fps.
Any insights? Thank you so much!!!
