If you're going to compare BMC to a 4K camera then it should be 2.5k not 1080p. It's an artificially skewed comparison.

Why compare a GH4 to a BMC pocket? Why not the 4K BMC???
I would not consider this video much of a test…..
Here would be a good "test" for GH4 owners…..

Shoot something in 4k and then shoot the same thing in 1080p at 200Mbits.

Then put both videos in a 1080p timeline and do some A/B comparisons.
