GH4 GH4 Varavon armour and Speedbooster.

Hi Guys have anyone tried or used the gh4 in a varavon cage with a metabones speedbooster on the lens?
I may want to get the cage but not sure if the speedbooster fits with the cage.
 
Did you ever get an answer? They say it will work but others have suggested you need to remove the bottom mounting plate from the speedbooster to get it to fit. This is a big problem obviously as it;s needed to support some of the bigger Canon lenses.....

Any updates?

Just got my SpeedBooster.
The speedbooster needs to have the foot removed to fit with the Varavon cage. You could refit the mount mount once it's installed (but that would be a pain if you want to take it off to use other lenses)
If you need to use the larger Canon lenses, you'll need another way of supporting them.

You could probably grind off part of the cage so the foot fits - it wasn't being blocked by much.

Ahh damn. That's why Varavon are being decidedly quiet on this matter. Numerous posts on their Facebook and direct emails all being ignored. That's a pretty big disappointment. Thanks for posting though :)
