I purchased a Nikon 28-70 f2.8 to use with my GH4, and although I love the combo, the weight of the lens is a problem. On a tripod with minimal movement everything is fine, but when I mount the combo on a 3 footed video monopod or a shoulder rig, it tends to twist since the weight of the lens is much greater than the camera itself. If I can't figure this out, I might have to go with the Olympus 12-40 f2.8 instead.
Other than an anti-twist plate, which I'd rather avoid, do I have any other options?
