Hello, I´m having several problems with the lumix GH4 slowmo 96fps mode, camera just freeze during recording sea or water sports just before 3 seconds. I´m using the Kingston UHS-I U3 80mbs writing speed 64GB SD card, so may not be a writing problem or data transfer, or I´m wrong. Has anyone else having the same issue?, thanks!

I've had the same lockups too, although not as frequent as yours using the Transcend U3 128GB SD. Have you tried installing the new GH4 v1.1 firmware?

Yes, having the same problem also with the new v1.1 update. It´s only happends with water, especially with wide shots using 14mm f5. I´m shure that is a problem of writing speed, but i´m not shure if is the camera or SD card capability.

It is the 96fps bug I've heard about. It happened to me today (first time I tried 96fps btw), same recommended card as you. Had to re-seat the battery. Hoping Panny fixes with firmware.

Wonder if the lock ups happen with the ultra fast and expensive SanDisk U3 32GB and 64GB cards? $125.00 for just 32 GB!

I'm probably the only one on the forum that spent so much for one of these 32 GB cards, but I didn't want to risk a lock up or other problems. I shoot nearly always in 4K with my GH4 so I don't know for sure if the SanDisk U3 can reliably record 96 fps without locking up.
