Hey!
Maybe somebody has allready tested this combo. My question is - does it vignette when you record in 1080p with the Sigma 18-35mm on the Metabones BMCC Speedbooster?
BMCC Speedbooster gives GH4 1.28x crop in 1080p and 18-35mm covers crop sensor only. But probably it can match this 1.28x crop too. That would be so nice.

Philip Bloom posted a video a few weeks ago of some ducks using that combination, I don't remember him saying anything about vignetting. look for the video on his website.

Yes, I saw that video. But there is no info at what focal lenght he shot it. It's clear that @ 35mm there is no vignette.
Andrew Reid says that in 1080p at 18mm there is only a very little bit of vignette. But it would be interesting to know at what focal lenght vignette disappears.

I don't know the answer, but if there is only a small amount of vignette at 18mm then it should be gone with just a little zoom, and shooting in 4k there shouldn't be any at 18mm (since there's more of a crop in 4k... of course it won't be as wide to begin with).
