GH4 GH4 Settings Questions

Had my GH4 for years and got a 2nd as a rental for a shoot, but for some reason I cannot for the life of me get the shutter angle or shutter speed control to show up on the screen. I am assuming this is super basic but I simply don't have the time to figure it out - why will shutter angle or speed not display like everything else on the display screen (it is not selectable, controllable, and the value isn't shown).

In movie mode and all other settings appear to be set...
 
If you are in the 'M - Movie' mode on the top dial, have a look in the movie menu, to see if you are in Aperture Priority mode.
