GH4 GH4 long-lasting external battery solution?

How can you tell if the adapter switches the polarity or not?

Usually those are just straight adapters. I was paranoid and double checked with a volt meter.

I'm paranoid too. Think I'll look into getting a voltage meter tomorrow.

Does anyone have any updates with using a USB battery with 9v output going straight into the camera with a dummy battery? Any worry about frying the camera?

been using it for a while now on several projects. 9Volts out of the USB battery to gh4 dummy battery, no problems of over voltage.
