I'm looking to record 10 bit 1080 25p from my GH4 onto an external recorder. The manual states the sensor output is 25p in this mode, but there are reports in the wild that what's coming out of the HDMI port is 50i (same goes for equivalent NTSC framerates). Is anybody able to confirmthis rumour either way? Hard to believe Panny engineers would actually do this by choice..
