Hi all -
I was hoping for some urgent advice. I've recently upgraded from my Canon 600d (t3i) to a GH4 version 2 and have been asked my someone to do a bunch of work for a real estate firm. I primarily use my gh4 for video, but they wanted someone to videos for a house with some local shots edited in, plus photography done while I'm there as well.
It seemed pretty straight forward, but I've found 2 huge sticking points with my gh4 that seem to be particularly sticky with this kind of work.
1) The MFT lens system might seem versatile, but because my focal lengths all become halved due to the crop factor, there aren't many wide angle lenses out there, and what is out there is slow and expensive.
2) The low light performance isn't great, and here in the UK that's an issue with dark interiors.
I've got a few options and was wondering if people had any similar experiences or advice? I can either jump ship and quickly go back to canon or throw some extra cash at the a7sii. If I stay with panasonic I need to cough up the extra money for the more expensive lenses and for a speed booster, but it just seems to be adding up.
Thanks in advance for the help!
