GH4 GH4 Footage

Spent a couple of days up in Highlands N.C. chasing the autumn colors. Shot with the Panasonic GH4 camera at 1080p, 60fps and 200mbps, using a standard color profile. Lenses used were the Panasonic 14-45mm, 45-175mm and Olympus 60mm macro. Other equipment used included the Shark Slider and Benro S-6 tripod.

That was a pleasure Mark. Do you recall your shutter setting at 20 and 43secs? Nice to see a "still" effect used effectively in video.

Shutter was at 1/60. The effect is a filter in Edius called "motion blend". It merges frames together to get a simulated timelapse.

You managed to create some wonderful imagery in a genre that can be prone to cliches. I particularly enjoyed the shot of the leaves in the FG with the out of focus water fall in the background. The leaves wafting in the stream were beautiful.Watching this piece was a wonderful way to start my Sunday.
