GH4 GH4 60fps ALL-I 200Mbps vs 60fps VFR 100Mbps

When shooting at 60fps on the GH4, it order to get the best quality, would it be better to shoot with:

60fps / 30p / All-I 200Mbps / use Automatic Speed in FCPX, slowing down clip to 40%

OR

60fps / 30p / VFR in camera / 100Mbps / use Automatic Speed in FCPX, slowing down clip by 80%

Clips are being imported into a 24p timeline. I'm thinking All- 200Mbps would be better, but is there really a difference?

My experience has been that using the standard (non-VFR) 1080p60 and slowing in Premiere produces better results than using the VFR option. The picture has more detail due to the higher bitrate and maintains AF capabilities where the VFR loses that ability.

That being said... I believe I am one of the few that does not mind the softening that VFR introduces for certain scenes. I love the option of having up to 96fps, albeit a bit soft, if I want to.
