GH3 GH3 Time-lapse Shoot

I have been asked by a builder to film a time-lapse of a roof installation that should take the better part of a day.
I plan to use my GH3 with the electronic shutter.
While I could set the camera to automatic and let it run, I know this can result in some flicker issues in the final video. So I will probably need to monitor the camera throughout the day.
This work is for a friend, but he wants to pay me. It seems rather unfair to charge him my normal day rate for a video that will only be 1-2 minutes long.

Has anyone ever accomplished an all-day time-lapse shoot like this? I'm wondering if the GH3 can last all day long on a single charged battery! I don't have a grip :(

I highly recommend to not take things to chance and use an AC adapter for this. Shame Panasonic don't bundle it with the GH3, it used to come with the GH1 (not sure about the GH2). I've done a 3 hour shoot before but I do have the grip.

Will you be shooting through twilight? If not you may not need to worry about exposure.

Well, I finished the shoot.
Good news is that coupled with the grip, I shot the entire day (9 hrs) without having to change batteries.
I shot with electronic shutter every 10 seconds. I shot in shutter priority mode with the 12-35 and a filter. I was pretty
much f22 the entire time b/c I shot 1/5 sec in order to add some motion blur.
I am pretty happy with the end result considering this is my first time-lapse shoot. The flicker isn't too bad and the goal of a 1-2 minute video showing a roof replacement was achieved. Thanks for all your help guys!
