GH3 GH3 shuts down after a timelapse shot and glitches while filming

My GH3 powers off after the first shot in a timelapse and glitches during filming. I have attached a link to a video example. This has just started happening . Anyone have an idea of what's causing this and a solution ? https://youtu.be/Tphjfm2vK8Y. Filmed with the 72 Mbps (ALL-Intra) 60fps mode
 
Firstly, please do not add any formatting to your posts - black on grey is hard to read.

The glitching looks like the OIS mechanism is jerking around. They might be separate issues, but I highly recommend sending the combination in.
