GH3 GH3 Sensor Cleaning

Hey,

So when reviewing back some footage I took outside I noticed in the shots when there was a bright blue sky a grey looking spec of smudge on the top of the picture. I originally thought it was on my lens but after trying it with another lens the spec of dust/smudge was still there so it seems it is on the sensor.

What method/product can anyone recommend to clean a smudge spec off GH3 sensor safely?

I used a lens pen but by itself, it didn't really clean the sensor. I actually breathed on the sensor, let it fog up, and then just as it had almost entirely unfogged, then used the lens pen. Worked perfectly on my GH2 and GH3.
