I was curious about your background since you mentioned you hold a patent. That could mean you're a guy who is named in a patent that's owned by someone else, or it could mean you actually own the patent.

Anyway, I did a quick google on "Zephyrnoid" (which is a pretty unusual name) and found a product called the Plexitent. Looks interesting. Is this the product you hold a patent for?

I don't remember where I read it, but I thought I saw a picture that showed the left and right mic holes on either side of the shoe.
 
I was just wondering because the mic is very evident on my Gh1 and it can't be seen at all in the pictures of the Gh3. I wonder how it compares?
 
Interesting.

Too bad they didn't simply hold the screen in front of the live action to demonstrate whether there's any latency.

If it's only a few frames that would rival latency in HDMI, & HD-SDI, but this seems unlikely over WiFi.

I found an image of the built-in microphone. That seems like a very poor choice for placement, and quite a step down from what was offered on the Gh1 and 2, but I guess we won't know for sure until it is released.
