GH3 GH3 laser proof

[Polaroid22]

Hello,

Is the GH3 sensor laserproof? I have seen video's of people 5D's getting killed by a laser at a dance event. I was wondering If I risk the same fate as them with my gh3?

Thanks!

No it's not, and neither are your eyes.

Any CMOS or CCD chip can get killed by lasers, just like your eyes. Insure your gear if you're using it around lasers. It doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
