GH3 GH3 HDMI image stuttering/strobing & lag problem

Since i have updated my GH3 to the lastest firmware, I have noticed this problem whenever i have my DP4 connected via HDMI.

i have noticed the video image stutting/strobing effect on the LED and on DP4 monitor when not recording.
and then i hit record it goes away but it has a serve delay on the DP4.

It does this on all rec Modes All-I, MP4 and on AVCHD. Settings at 24fps and 1/50th sec

But the kicker is that the problem goes away when i unplug the HDMI cable and all is fine.

i did record this on my 7D with the DP4 beside the GH3 and you can kinda tell what i am talking about.
I really dont know how else to record this problem. Or i can share the Raw video file in Google drive if you want to give me your email address. But here they are.

So i am wondering if its a firmware problem and if anyone else has noticed this problem and if i need to send it to the factory for repair.

I did plug my DP4 into my 7D acts normal. Hooked up my GH3 to my 40" LED tv and still get the same problem. What gets me is that whenever i unplug the hdmi cord the camera appears to be fine.

Can you check which format your monitor detects at its HDMI input? Also check if VIERA LINK is set to OFF and HDMI MODE is set to AUTO on the GH3. This might affect what signal your monitor recieves from the camera. Maybe camera and monitor agree on the wrong framerate, causing stuttering?
 
Thanks for the responses but VIERA Link is set to off and HDMI Mode is set to AUTO. This is really bugging me, i was on a shoot last weekend and i couldn't use a Directors monitor it was too horrible looking.
