GH3 GH3 Bulb Ramping

Anyone know a nice way to do bulb ramping on the GH3? I'd like to try some timelapses from day to night or visa versa.
 
Commercial products as far as I know, but I am slowly working on my own version of it which will be a slider, and 2 axis gimbal head.

Thing is with the bulb ramping (unless its a Canon and I believe Nikon) you need a way to measure the light and make adjustments to the shutter time. With the Canon's and I think Nikon's, you can interface with the camera for the bulb ramping "mode". I do not know of any other way with the GH line.

But who knows what someone from Russia might be able to find in the firmware.
 
I asked Promote Systems if their product would work on the GH3 and initially, they thought it would be then they wrote me this:

"I just found a wiring schematic on the GH3 connector. It's the most weird thing I've seen in the universe (after Jabba the Hutt). Our cable wouldn't be compatible with this - we are wired to use a different logic on different contacts - it's so much different that we cannot even convert it easily. Sorry, but looks like Panasonic is caring about upselling their accessory line too much :(
