GH2 GH2 screen problems

I got a GH2 since last December. I was planning to use it for documentary shooting when 25p would become available. So far I just did a few test shootings with it. About 2 weeks ago, suddently the display was not flipping anymore, when swiveled 180 degrees. I sent it in for repair under warranty. Now Panasonic tells me, that I broke a part inside the joint with use of force. I can't remember ever applying any force. I take care of my equipment.

Does anybody have the same problem with the GH2? I just wonder if it is a general problem or if I stand alone with it in the world.

While the screen swivel is a fragile part, the companies always say that you have used force so the reparation falls out of the warranty. It is a common trick. Sad.
