Its only available in the std mode, see pg 103-104 of the manual or the icon below the red IA icon above the face.
It offers a pure setting which is very interesting amonst others plus a very wide custom option, 11 steps colour, brightness, saturation! now the downside, you cant lock exposure in this setting, previously the GH1 had ae lock available in std PASM-Pre-set modes, not anymore, totally auto, ahhhhhhhhhhh. Plus the video in this option is 1080i or 720p, ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Worth a look though, but without any ae lock at least, cant see how it could be used in anger except for static shots or if your happy for the exposure to do its own thing!
