GH2 Model numbers - any difference?

Hi all, soon to make the plunge into GH2 land.

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but have noticed here in the UK that there are two identical looking kits with the 14-42mm lens and a big difference in price depending on the retailer.
The DMC-GH2HEB-K is around £1k and the DMC-GH2KEB-K starts around £720. I'm presuming one is the UK model but what is the other and is there any difference?

I'm pretty sure the H designation is for the 14-140mm lens and the K is for the 14-42mm lens. That is what is over in Japan

Ah you're absolutely right, dunno how I missed that...being blinded by all the 4s.
