Just wondering what are people's current thoughts on ISO settings for video even though it's sort of an old camera now. What do you use when shooting outdoors when theirs a lot of sunlight? What about indoors if theirs a lot of fluorescent studio lighting? Anything new with the ISO bug? Have it ever been resolved?

I haven't used the GH2 for videos in a while now and will be using it again soon.

On my GH-1, I set my Sekonic L-308DC meter to be about 1 1/3 stops above the camera ISO setting to get an exposure reading. This yields a 50% IRE value for an 18% grey card.

You have to test this with your meter to calibrate to your camera and desired IRE value. Some people suggest 45% IRE is the correct value for 'middle' grey.

This value may be different if one were shooting 'log' but since the camera doesn't have that mode of representation, it is sort of a Rec. 709 type representation for 'direct' viewing of the captured image, and so the 18% Grey card should be mapped to a direct display value.
