I ordered my body and lens from PD on 12/18. A couple days later I called them back to find out the status.
I was told that they are out of stock for the body. The earliest shipment is in January. But they shipped the lens immediately.
I already received my lens without body.

"In regards to your order we currently do not have an estimated loading or delivery date yet. This indicates that the product is on backorder. Unfortunately, we do not have a date yet as to when this will be available to be shipped to you"

I ordered the GH2 with 14-140mm kit from Adorama on 12/31, and received an email on New Year's Day that it was backordered with no ETA. I hope it arrives this month! I imagine I'm near the end of a very long list of people who pre-ordered that kit from Adorama...

I ordered one with a 14-140 lens on 12/28 from Unique Photo in NJ. Said I was #3 on the list. Also got the 20mm lens. Now to find more batteries!

I dunno I was told I would have mine by the end of last month. Still nothing. They had some but temporarily. My orders are all on invoice so they may be filling their business customers before the public.
