GH2 in stock thread

Called Adorama 5 minutes ago. They had a GH2 14-42mm black kit. Prior to Adorama I called B&H and they'll have some next week.

Has anyone used their debit card with Panny Direct ??? I am wondering when they hit the card and if they tie up the funds from the beginning or wait until they ship ???
 
They charge when they ship. On my bofa account it shows pending for about three days. Sometimes I get the package before the payment goes thru

I wanted to make an adjustment to my order at Panny Direct and tried giving them a call. Thanks to everyone on this thread warning of the nightmare Panny Direct is, I wasn't too surprised when I was told "because of blah blah blah.... your wait time is going to be FOREVER" :-)

Sorry I got the last 12-42mm just now!

They have them in stock right now. I ordered on ProVantage.com 1 month ago and it was supposed to **** on Feb. 28th and now they say March 7th.... I thought it was worth the $875 price with shipping, no tax, but I never got anything and waited forever. If you're patient, wait it out.... If you wanna pay $45 for 3 day shipping and get it like I did. Call Tommy!
 
I ordered from Abel Cine Tech this morning. Got the tracking number a few minutes ago. Woo-hoo!

Their site still says "In stock" for 14-140 and 14-42 kits. I went with the 14-42.

I buy and sell on Ebay all day long so I look two or three times a day for a back up GH2 and there was one bu the seller wanted $2k for the GH2 with a 14-42 lens! It sold within 2 hours of the listing!

I just bought one from Adorama last Friday and is now on it's way, I got the silver one by the way. And now I saw this black one from Abel Cine, I didn't think twice, I bought that also. So now I have a problem, do I have to return the silver one to Adorama or sell to someone who's interested? Maybe on ebay for a small additional fee? I guess I deserve it for lack of sleep looking for one. What do you guys think? I went with the black one for a more professional look. So thanks guys! It's still in stock at Abelcine as of the moment. Go and grab one. Cheers!
 
Just ordered a black body-only from fotocare.com and now I'm on hold with PD trying to cancel my order with them--which I placed on 12/31/2011.

I think I ordered a Black body from PD direct - ?? They never followed up and I have no record. I wonder if it will just show up someday?
Did you ever get any kind of a confirmation?
